Brief Description:

The PE can filling machine adopts ordinary filling principle, and the main electric components adopt import products, like “Siemens” PLC, “Delta” frequency converter, “Omron” proximity sensor and “Siemens” analog output. The user could setup the production speed on touch screen. Machine alarms automatically of all common malfunctions and shows the cause and position of malfunction, PLC detects and decides to continue or stop the machine according the level of malfunction.

It is high speed filling、running steady、high quality seaming、pleasing appearance、convenient for use and maintenance、touch screen operation、frequency control and the distances between liquid level and rim of can are consistent. It is ideal equipment for beverage factories and food plants.

  1. More reasonable and beautiful overall structure
  2. Obvious bigger seaming head, adopt heavy bearing which prolong the seaming cam service, the normal service time could prolong 5 times and more.
  3. Twin shafts structure: The first seaming roll and the second seaming roll are separated. User could adjust and control the seaming rolls separately.
  4. The rotation direction is anticlockwise direction in seaming process; the seamed cans leave the seamer automatically as its direction to avoid jam and scratch
  5. Filling cylinder is arc structure, no dead angle to avoid liquid left. It adopts CIP automatic clean design to clean.

Lead time depends on machine type and configuration. Standard models typically require 45–75 working days from deposit receipt to factory completion, subject to the current production schedule. Custom or large-scale complete-line projects may require a longer manufacturing window. We conduct a pre-shipment run-off test before packing and provide video documentation of the test run for your review.

Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?

On-site installation and commissioning by Taike engineers is available as a paid service. Our technicians travel to your facility for machine installation, trial production run, and operator training before formal handover. Remote video commissioning support — where our engineers guide your local team via live video call — is also available as a lower-cost alternative. Terms and costs are defined in the sales contract.

What after-sales support and spare parts service do you offer?

Each machine ships with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and is accompanied by a spare-parts kit for critical wear components. Technical support is available during China business hours by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail. Our engineering team typically aims to respond to fault queries within 2 business days.
