Automatic Bottle Packing Machine

Automatic shrink film packaging machine:

PE film stretch shrink packing machine packing PET bottles, cans or glass bottles. Different machines change their wrapper patterns between film only, film + pad and film + tray. High speed packaging for drinks (purified water, beverage, juice, and dairy products) requires design and manufacture, which can be automatically combined into packages during the process of product forward transportation, saving time and improving packaging efficiency
According to different shapes and sizes of the container, the pack collations commonly vary from 2×2, 3×2, 4×3 and 6×4. The machine can be customized according to client’s requirements.

Automatic carton packing machine: Machine mainly consists of following 5 parts:

• Bottle in-feeding unit: It uses Multi-segment shift and pressure reducing system to achieve stress-free automatic fast bottle transportation, Different channels for different bottle; it needs to adjust bottle dividing plate according to different bottles. Use the cylinder in the grip area to locate the bottle, make sure bottle grabbing smoothly;
• Bottle grabbing unit: The device consists grabbing, protective case and an encoder, using pneumatic gripper, clamp bottle by compressed air, after bottles are located in carton, the solenoid valve controlling theexclusion of air, loose gripper, then bottles are into carton at the same time. The main achievement is slowly grabbing bottles, packing speed, precise positioning, overrun protection, fault handling, error instructions, etc.;
• Carton guiding unit: it contains cylinder rising unit and protection sensors, main purpose is used to adjust cartons’ direction, guiding bottle grabbing position, make sure bottles can successfully enter the box;
• Carton in-feeding unit: it contains carton in-feeding sensors and conveying motors, it mainly makes carton dividing, arrangement and carton outlet;
• Safety unit: There are security door on front and rear part of machine, there are safety switch on boor. Electrical cabinet is also equipped with various protection
