Product Introduction

In this machine, all part material contacting to materiel have high anti-wearing and fine anti-corrosion and won’t bring ill effectiveness to materiel. High-pressure homogenizer has features of small ground space, high efficiency, large energy, fast reaction, low charge of movement and etc compared to other homogenizer equipments. The function of homogenizer is mainly at homogenization. On the machine with double valve, materiel need to getting across homogenous valve for only one time, the materiel will be homogenized more than four times, and some can achieve 6-8 times. Thereby, under the same pressure, it improved homogenous effect greatly. The materiel process is carried out in homogenous valve. When materiel enter valve of adjusting clearance under high-handed, the materiel obtain highest flowing speed(200-300m/s),and formed huge pressure for falling in homogenous valve. Under effect of cavity effect, flowing and cutting, processing original rough calpis or suspension to liquid-emulsification or liquid-solid dispersion of remoteness dispersion, well-distributed and steady. The products getting across high-handed homogenized have many advantageous, they have high stability, and they can improve products saving quality, tenor and level and make products be peak of high quality and optimized.

4、Gap block adopted special type of metal material, hard wearing, using for long time, all valves and plunger piston adopted special type material producing, durable, low cost, save worry, save money;
5、Honeybee material,working temperature≤150℃ is allowed;
6、Part contacting to materiel all to be unbearable strong acid and alkali, such as HNO3,NaOH≤5%,CIP sterilizing time is not limited;
7、 The machine is smooth and reliable, it needs the first time of oil changing after operating for 750 hours, and then oil changing only one time each year in the future(according to three classes per day); low noise, driving noise is lower than electric motor noise.

What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?

Lead time depends on machine type and configuration. Standard models typically require 45–75 working days from deposit receipt to factory completion, subject to the current production schedule. Custom or large-scale complete-line projects may require a longer manufacturing window. We conduct a pre-shipment run-off test before packing and provide video documentation of the test run for your review.

Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?

On-site installation and commissioning by Taike engineers is available as a paid service. Our technicians travel to your facility for machine installation, trial production run, and operator training before formal handover. Remote video commissioning support — where our engineers guide your local team via live video call — is also available as a lower-cost alternative. Terms and costs are defined in the sales contract.

What after-sales support and spare parts service do you offer?

Each machine ships with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and is accompanied by a spare-parts kit for critical wear components. Technical support is available during China business hours by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail. Our engineering team typically aims to respond to fault queries within 2 business days. A recommended spare-parts list for long-term operation is provided with all shipments, and spare parts can be ordered directly from our factory at any time.
