Full automatic shrink film packing machine utilizes photoelectric switch sensor to conduct online detection with collected signal being concentrated processed by PLC (programmable logic controller) program, and uses cylinder as actuating element so as to achieve the whole processes, from conveying product to feeding material, packaging film, laying film, sealing and cutting, shrinking by heating, cooling and forming, and to finished product.

YX-150 full automatic shrink film packing machine mainly consists of mechanical devices for product conveying, aggregating and aligning, propelling for packaging film, film roll laying, bottle pressing device, heating seal, shrinking by heating, cooling and forming, pneumatic control system as well as electrical control system. All these are combined to achieve the whole technological processes, from conveying product to feeding material, packaging film, laying film, sealing and cutting, shrinking by heating, and to cooling and forming.

Yes. All Taike machines support custom configuration including output capacity, container format (bottle diameter, height, neck finish), filling head count, local voltage/frequency, material grade (SUS304 or SUS316L), and optional features such as nitrogen flushing, weight-type filling, or clean-room enclosures. Customisation scope and costs are confirmed during the quotation stage.
Lead time depends on machine type and configuration. Standard models typically require 45–75 working days from deposit receipt to factory completion, subject to the current production schedule. Custom or large-scale complete-line projects may require a longer manufacturing window. We conduct a pre-shipment run-off test before packing and provide video documentation of the test run for your review.
On-site installation and commissioning by Taike engineers is available as a paid service. Our technicians travel to your facility for machine installation, trial production run, and operator training before formal handover. Remote video commissioning support — where our engineers guide your local team via live video call — is also available as a lower-cost alternative. Terms and costs are defined in the sales contract.
Each machine ships with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and is accompanied by a spare-parts kit for critical wear components. Technical support is available during China business hours by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail. Our engineering team typically aims to respond to fault queries within 2 business days. A recommended spare-parts list for long-term operation is provided with all shipments, and spare parts can be ordered directly from our factory at any time.

A structured training programme covers HMI operation, filling adjustment, format changeover, CIP cleaning, and fault diagnosis. Complete operation and maintenance manuals are supplied in English and can be localised on request.
Every machine ships with a critical-wear spare-parts kit and a recommended long-term parts list. All spare parts — including filling valves, rinsing nozzles, and capping heads — can be ordered directly from Taike factory at any time after delivery.
