This machine is main equipment for the 5 gallon barreled drinking water filling production line, it is made up of frame, water tank, pipeline, water pump, pneumatic cylinder, transmission and electrical apparatus and so on, it accomplishes washing filling and capping motion, it comes true stabilize washing effect, accurate filling volume and seal cap pressing effect by the way muti-passes washing processes, filling volume and automatic sorting and capping and full computer control.
Filling process:Barrels move 180 degree along with conveying chain wheel and to turnover frame, and then barrels are pushed into filling machine by barrel pushing cylinder and located on conveyor belt and waiting for filling. Sterilized empty barrels to filling position are located by location cylinder, and then filling valves enter into barrel and open filling pump for filling, filling time set by PLC, it can correct filling time up to optimum condition by muti-function button on panel according to height of liquid level.
