This series of automatic pure water filling machine apply to the production of mineral water, purified water, flavor water and low alcoholic drinks, etc.

Application:

1. Filling hot temperature liquid into PE bottle;
2. Usage: juice, tea drinks etc;
3. Filling temperature will be around 85-90 degree centigrade;

Features:

1. Integrates bottle washing, water filling and capping into one monoblock;
2. The three processes are carried out full automatically.
3. It is used in the hot filling of juice and tea beverage.
4. It is equipped with perfect temperature control system, reverse-flow system, automatic cleaning system and control program.

Machine Details:

Washing Part–

  1. into bottle way is air conveyor direct connection with Bottle dial.
  2. All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean.
  3. 3.304/316 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing
  4. 304/316 stainless steel washing pump make the machine more durable.

Filling Part–

  1. During filling juice , we will make a cover installed on the filling valve, avoiding the fruit pulp return inside reflux pipe to block the pipe.
  2. Filling valve and bottle lifter uses adopts German Igus bearings which are corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free.
  3. By install CIP cleaning cups, the filling machine can realize online CIP cleaning
  4.  During filling process, there is no reflux of product, avoiding blockage of product.

Capping Part–

  1. Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping.
  2. All 304/316 stainless steel construction
  3. No bottle no capping
  4. Automatic stop when lack of bottle
  5. Capping effect is stable and reliable, Defective rate ≤0.2

All Taike machines support custom configuration including output capacity, container format (bottle diameter, height, neck finish), filling head count, local voltage/frequency, material grade (SUS304 or SUS316L), and optional features such as nitrogen flushing, weight-type filling, or clean-room enclosures. Customisation scope and costs are confirmed during the quotation stage.

What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?

Lead time depends on machine type and configuration. Standard models typically require 45–75 working days from deposit receipt to factory completion, subject to the current production schedule. Custom or large-scale complete-line projects may require a longer manufacturing window. We conduct a pre-shipment run-off test before packing and provide video documentation of the test run for your review.

Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?

On-site installation and commissioning by Taike engineers is available as a paid service. Our technicians travel to your facility for machine installation, trial production run, and operator training before formal handover. Remote video commissioning support — where our engineers guide your local team via live video call — is also available as a lower-cost alternative. Terms and costs are defined in the sales contract.

What after-sales support and spare parts service do you offer?

Each machine ships with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and is accompanied by a spare-parts kit for critical wear components. Technical support is available during China business hours by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail. Our engineering team typically aims to respond to fault queries within 2 business days. A recommended spare-parts list for long-term operation is provided with all shipments, and spare parts can be ordered directly from our factory at any time.
