Application:

The series Coffee drink filling machine is used for bottle rinsing and hot filling and sealing 3-in-1 unit machine for energy drink, green tea, black tea, wulong tea and fruit juice. And with only a few parts changed, the machine can also be used for mineral water or pure water drink filling.

The machine integrates washing, filling, capping together. The design is scientific and reasonable.

The air conveyor is connected with washing filling capping 3-in-1 unit. The bottle is transferred into the filling machine by star-wheel. It has bottle clip on the rotary disk of washing part. The bottle clip locks the bottle neck turn to 180° by a guide rail, put the bottle neck from up to down. In a particular area of washing part, it will spray the water to clean the bottle inside. After washing and dripping, the bottle will turn to 180°again by a guide rail, put the bottle neck from down to up. Then, the bottle will transfer to the filling part by star-wheel. It will realize bottle’s up and down under the cam by lifting device. The filling method is used gravity filling. Bottles go up to open the filling valve to complete filling process; after filling, bottles go down and leave out of filling valve. Bottle will be transferred into the capping machine. The stop rotating knife will lock the bottle neck, remain the bottle silence. Under the cam function, it realizes catching the cap, overing cap, rotating cap and leaving cap to finish capping process. The finished product will be transferred out of capping part by out of star-wheel. Then, it leaves the filling machine by conveyor.

Features:

1. The whole machine adopts the design of stuck bottleneck suspension operation mode so that the bottle is stable and reliable under high-speed operation, and at the same time, the number of changed parts is greatly reduced, making it more convenient and fast when changing the bottle type.
2. A new generation of stainless steel flip bottle clamp is adopted so that the clamp does not contact the upper part of the thread of the bottle mouth, and a spray head is provided so that the inner wall of the bottle can be rinsed fully without dead corners.
3. Adopting advanced gravity filling principle, the filling is fast, stable, and accurate.
4. Adopt magnetic torque type capping head to realize capping and capping. The capping torque is infinitely adjustable, the sealing is tight and reliable, and the cap is not hurt.
5. The whole machine adopts man-machine interface touch screen buttons, PLC computer control, and is equipped with a cover missing and overload protection alarm device, which can find and eliminate faults in time and have a high degree of production automation.
6. The parts in contact with water are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the main electrical components are all products of well-known international manufacturers.

What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?

Lead time depends on machine type and configuration. Standard models typically require 45–75 working days from deposit receipt to factory completion, subject to the current production schedule. Custom or large-scale complete-line projects may require a longer manufacturing window. We conduct a pre-shipment run-off test before packing and provide video documentation of the test run for your review.

Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?

On-site installation and commissioning by Taike engineers is available as a paid service. Our technicians travel to your facility for machine installation, trial production run, and operator training before formal handover. Remote video commissioning support — where our engineers guide your local team via live video call — is also available as a lower-cost alternative. Terms and costs are defined in the sales contract.

What after-sales support and spare parts service do you offer?

Each machine ships with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and is accompanied by a spare-parts kit for critical wear components. Technical support is available during China business hours by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail. Our engineering team typically aims to respond to fault queries within 2 business days.
