Product Introduction

The pretreatment system generally includes raw water pump, dosing device, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter and so on. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine to achieve the reverse osmosis inlet water requirements.

DE1-Complete RO water treatment system

The post-treatment system is an added configuration in the case that reverse osmosis cannot meet the requirements of effluent. Mainly including UV sterilizer, Ozone generator, Ozone mixer, one of the or a variety of equipment.
The cleaning system mainly consists of cleaning water tank, water pump and precision filter. When the reverse osmosis system is contaminated and the effluent index cannot meet the requirements, the reverse osmosis system needs to be cleaned to restore its efficiency.
The electrical control system is used to control the normal operation of the whole reverse osmosis system. Including instrument panel, control panel, all kinds of electrical protection, electrical control cabinet, etc.

What is the typical lead time from order to delivery?

Lead time depends on machine type and configuration. Standard models typically require 45–75 working days from deposit receipt to factory completion, subject to the current production schedule. Custom or large-scale complete-line projects may require a longer manufacturing window. We conduct a pre-shipment run-off test before packing and provide video documentation of the test run for your review.

Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?

On-site installation and commissioning by Taike engineers is available as a paid service. Our technicians travel to your facility for machine installation, trial production run, and operator training before formal handover. Remote video commissioning support — where our engineers guide your local team via live video call — is also available as a lower-cost alternative. Terms and costs are defined in the sales contract.

What after-sales support and spare parts service do you offer?

Each machine ships with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and is accompanied by a spare-parts kit for critical wear components. Technical support is available during China business hours by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail. Our engineering team typically aims to respond to fault queries within 2 business days.
